What Steady stores
We store account and family details you choose to provide, conversation transcripts, selected experiments, check-ins, progress history, consent records, membership status, and product usage needed to operate Steady.
Voice and AI processing
Voice audio and transcripts may be processed by ElevenLabs to provide the live voice experience. Conversation context may be processed by OpenAI to rank or curate relevant ideas. These providers process data under their service terms. Steady is a parenting support tool, not medical care, diagnosis, therapy, or emergency support.
Payments
RevenueCat manages membership entitlements across platforms and may use payment processors for web checkout. Steady does not store full payment-card details. Apple and Google manage purchases made in their apps.
Control and retention
You can review conversation history and request account deletion from Profile. Deletion removes identifiable family and conversation data, subject to limited records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, or legal obligations.
